The nearest analogue is winter tire, the work surface of which are tenons, built in to the track surface, which set up coupling of wheels with a road. The main analogues disadvantage is that during driving on the road that is not covered with ice or snow – tenons at once are worn away or break forth. At snow-flush surface efficiency of tenons is not so high, and at the hard, dry or wet asphalt winter tires are even worse then ordinary tires. Winter tires may increase the breaking distance for 5-10%, also there is possibility of tenons breaking away at the change of direction of tires rotation. Exactly these lacks are very dangerous during winter driving. The purpose of the invention – to increase the lifetime of winter tires, instead of changing of road surface, and at the same time – provide high traction coefficient for safety winter driving. Put purpose achieved due to simultaneous deterioration of tracks and work surface, that provide with high traction coefficient. Metal plates play role of work surface, mounted into the track, parallel each to other by a chess turn, which fastened onto the basis, located between frame and track, there is a cut between them. Plates with cuts are located on-the-miter to take aside a snow, ice and water. Due to such arrangement of plates and cuts, contact area of tires and road remains permanent, what provides high efficiency of tires at all kinds of road surface. The cut, at the moment of location of it athwart to the road, covered with ice, enables to make away and create the cohesion contact of working organs with a road. At such construction of winter tires, working organs in the form of plates, will deteriorate along with track, simultaneously sharpening a work surface, it can provide stable and high traction coefficient instead of changing road surface.
