Rotary machine (pump, compressor, heat engine and driving gear) has two cylinders, which with their axles and output shafts are situated in the body with an ability of spinning and cooperating with each other by two variants: rolling about each other with their cylindrical surfaces while they are toothing with a low attitude of the tooth, one of this drums sliding in the body not only with it`s side plain surfaces, but with it`s cylindrical surface or tops of teeth, and has tooth cavity for toothing with the height of tooth more then x3-50times of it`s teeth row.  At the same time, in this tooth cavity can being toothing one ore more teeth, made on the other drum that slides in the body with it`s side plain surfaces and with tops of the teeth. The room in the body between them – is a useful capacity which has inlet and outcome in the body.
