A series of new materials and technologies of their production and use for hydro-isolation of joints of mine and subway shafts iron and ferroconcrete tubing’s, hydro-isolation and sealing of underwater concrete structures, fixing concrete surface and repairing of concrete-made products have been developed based on chemically modified graphite.

Their exploitation qualities exceed the world level in 2-4 times at their les cos. They keep their sealing properties even at the air-gap increased during exploitation. They are ecologically clean. 

These materials isolate deformation joint at pressure variations up to 400 atmospheres.

Materials and technologies of their use have been tested at mines of Donetsk and Lvov-Volyn basins, and metallurgical and chemical factories of Donbass.

The development has been introduced on the “Kurakhovskaya” mine.

The raw materials base of Ukraine (by-products of coal industry and metallurgy) allows wholly ensuring the needs of Ukraine in such sealants and organizing their exportation.
