This electric machine has a rotor in the form of a dielectric disk on which constant magnets which have an opportunity to pass in cut-out magnetic wires of electromagnets which are established on stator. All cunning of this invention are established consists that the quantity of magnets of a rotor and stator has a difference in unit and that each electromagnet has connection to the electric system through the switch of a current on a return direction which works from rotation of a rotor. These both circumstances allow all magnetic efforts to have always one direction - in a direction of realization rotatory motion of a rotor.
