From the beginning of origin of a civilization, the mankind has opened and has taken huge quantity of laws of a material world on arms. A bottleneck in research of law and practical application in a life, is the science about management of a human society. In my manuscript "The General law of social development " is informed on creation of naturally formed algorithms of development and democratic management. Besides this General law forms System of the General communication creating the important properties and the characteristics for development of scientific theories of development and management by a human society. Therefore, that to the World to understand, that occurs and to what to be ready in the future, it is necessary to create a centre of science where the integral Theory of algorithms of the management will be created under aegis of the United Nations, capable to help practical guidance to apply " General organization of a society " during a life. Algorithms of events of the General law of social development are registered in the State Department of intellectual property (the Ministry of Education and sciences of Ukraine ).
