The universal water engine of wide application / Theme: Power / / Authors: Sheglov Valentin /
The nature has generously presented Ukraine with power resources, which people successfully use many millenia, but their severe operation has quickly led to significant reduction of minerals, increase in expenses at their extraction.
Millions tons of coal, peat, oil, a wood, millions cubic metre of gas for the decision of problems of power of the country, by that putting irreparable loss to the nature are annually burnt. Except for natural resources the Founder has given the person the Sun, air and water, and still surprising, fine - Reason. Only it is possible to solve all with its help existing problems, including power. The reason prompts: there has come solving time for reception of energy by means of nonconventional energy sources - the mankind already does not have choice.
In a view of the decision of problems of global power I offer a real way of its decision by means of a design of the universal water engine of wide application offered by me.
The given engine can is effective (round the clock and all-the-year-round) on all rivers: big and small, with any current and a relief of a bottom, in the winter under an ice, at floods, at sudden change of a water level in the rivers, at reduction quantily waters in the rivers in 2-3 times with preservation developed electric power, in any meteorological conditions and at any cataclysms (hurricanes, earthquakes and so forth).
For this purpose it is necessary to unite unique opportunities of the universal water engine with potential features of the rivers available on Ukraine. It is necessary to execute three items on transition of power of the country to nonconventional energy sources:
a) to develop and approve the Supreme body of Ukraine the state plan of transition of power of the country for nonconventional energy sources;
b) hydroaeropower stations offered by me (universal water engines) to establish not across, and along the rivers as their repeated group the establishment opens a real way to the decision of power problems of the country and has huge economic advantages in comparison by hydroelectric power stations of type DniproHES;
c) to organize constant supervision, rendering assistance and the control over the vice-president of the Supreme body and the vice-prime minister of Ukraine behind a course of spent works on transition of the country to nonconventional energy sources at all levels.
At the decision of problems of power of the country at the state level, by means of offered the universal water engine of wide application and the wind engine of my design, Ukraine in 5-10 years can start to reduce number thermal power stations, in 15 years - to get rid of hydroelectric power stations and in 25 years completely to translate power of the country on nonconventional energy sources.
