The modern heavy industrial power is constructed on losses of irreplaceable fossil resources of stocks which remains, approximately, for 30 years. But such huge capitals are already invested in this power what to refuse it very difficult. The traditional power uses energy of hydrocarbons already concentrated by the nature and uranium ores. But ENERGY IN NATURE CAN BE IN, for example, air or water. It is also used are the weir stations, wind settings.

Atmospheric air can serve as an inexhaustible energy which can be got in any place and any amount source, but to the present tense all wind machines use only wretched speeds of natural streams of air- wind5-10 m/sec. and here power of generator develops in 2-5 kW/m2. If artificially to create a blast speed 340 m/sec., then the output of energy from the single setting increases in 30 000 times. Not to bring all table over of dependence of speeds of wind and output of energy, it is enough to rotin extreme values. Wind at a speed of 1m/sec. gives a 1 watt, and at a flowrate 300 m/sec. – 22 000 000 watts from a 1 square meter of area.

On the basis of technical thermodynamics and gas dynamics new technology of generation of energy, as alternative and replacement, is offered not only classic wind-stations but also to any another ways of generation thermal, atomic and other. The transformer of energy consists of two contours of step rev-up of motion of air and turbomashin, producing electric energy. Creation of high-rate of air is carried out of turbines and nozzle vehicle. Description of the field of speeds and pressures in the minimum section of nozzle can attain local speed of sound. The free stream of locomotive with high-rate air possesses the strictly certain supply of energy, which is given directly on the shoulder-blades of turbo-generator, where work is carried out by vortical blasts. As basic knots the serially produced turbines, generators, transformers, will be used. In-process setting some types of fuel and atmospheric air are not used is not in-use raw material, but working in the technological loop, goes back into the ground layer of atmosphere. 

All complex of machines is set under the opened sky, that abbreviates building terms and his cost considerably.

Ecologically new concept of generation of energy is faultless, as at its work the raw materials are not used, and a waste is not formed. In a global scale new technology enables receipt of economy of fuel an about 10 milliard of tons of conditional fuel, and also to decrease extrass in an atmosphere 20 million tons of carbon dioxide. Capacity of such turbo- installation (equipment) will depend on the capacity developed by the individual module, and quantities of the modules connected among themselves and practically can be limited only economic expediency. Basic efforts of developers of project of inexhaustible source of energy were directed on the search of technical decision of problem.

The offered solution is executed cleanly engineerings methods, and all parameters of setting can be certain and described by the laws of thermodynamics, experimental aerodynamics and theory of gas stream. Theoretical bases of this discipline are described full enough and the new method of receipt of energy from  sources breaks not a single physical law.

It should be noted, that stocked energies from the stream of the dissipated air source strictly corresponds the amount of energy of molecules of current physical body, passing through a volume. There are signs of «perpetuum mobile» in the offered technology, that for specialists, educated on classic mechanics, causes tearing away. However for the receipt of energy from a diffused source a new physical theory is needed.
