Today, when the consumption of energy is increased, supplies of coal and gas are diminishing, and prices grow constantly on them, it is sure to declare: Ukraine must pass to power saving technologies and alternative sources of energy. From many types of alternative sources I was stopped for the use of an Sun energy through a parabola cylindrical concentrator. For a lead through research was developed concentrator with such those. by information: • Type – parabola cylindrical • Focal gave • A corner of opening of parabola is 60 degrees • An area of beating back surface is a 1 m2 • A corner of turn on an azimuth is 360 degrees • A corner of getting up is 90 degrees The principle new system of automatic orientation of concentrator on the sunshine was developed. Principle of work of the system is based on the use of laws of celestial mechanics and over high stability of movement of planets, including Earth in the planetary system. It allows for any geographically certain point of our planet to calculate a very exactly trajectory of Sun motions and his position on sky in a set moment of time, that means Sun every year in a the same day and time on a certain geographical breadth has the same co-ordinates on sky. So, knowing the geographical co-ordinates of place, where a concentrator must be set, we always can exactly define the place of position of a Sun and set concentrator on indicated co-ordinates regardless of weather. For a management a concentrator the application program is developed in an environment WINCC with the use of the module of management of MVU8.The system works as follows. During the primary setting of concentrator in the hand mode of management he is set in the extreme left position (his position in a time of sunrise). We may set a date for example 22 of June, and time – 12 am. The program forms the proper impulses of management, and a concentrator is set in a point where he must be in this date and time. It is now necessary by hand to turn a concentrator together with an assembling flag toward a Sun (set it southward using a compass) and to fasten it. This procedure is executed once during the primary setting. The system of automatic orientation is ready to work. Due to the program a concentrator at first will become in an initial point, and then will occupy that position which he must occupy in set date and time. The program watches after time and with certain periodicity gives out managing impulses on the drives of horizontal and vertical management of concentrator. After sunset (when vertical component co-ordinates equal to the zero) the program will form a management impulse, at working off which a concentrator will go back into an outgoing point and will stay in this point till the next sunrise. Durations of management impulses for separate intervals of time are different and calculated through trigonometric functions. With the purpose of providing of work of setting in autonomous behavior (without a computer) a chart includes a twochannel measuring device of temperature with the circles of signaling system of type 2 TRM1, and also switchers of hand management drives. Economic aspects of research: Term of recoupment of concentrator by the area: 1 m2 – 7 years 10 m2 – 3 years Developed system of automatic orientation of concentrator on the Sunshine principle differs from existing and provides possibility of efficient work of device in gloomy weather. The mechanism of the system of automatic orientation may be used not only in the tested device, it may be used in mass production of concentrators. During exploitation of sun concentrators in a winter period it is economic advantageous to use them with the area of beating back surface 10 and anymore square meters. 10a m is 2 – 3 years. Conducted experimental and theoretical researches rotined that during exploitation of a 1 m2 sun concentrators by every habitant of Ukraine, it is possible to considerably decrease consumption of natural gas (to 25-30%), that unreservedly proves it`s necessity.
