The device contains a rotor in the form of a disk from dielectric on which constant magnets which have passage possibility its lateral surfaces with the minimum backlash through a cut magnetic conductor each of electromagnets which are executed on stator in the quantity different on unit from quantity of constant magnets are established and thus electromagnets are connected to the electric system through switches of a direction of a current.

As the electric motor, the device works from any current, and at its work on a direct current (the quantity of turns in a minute depends on loading) the device passes in an operating mode as the current generator,

at achievement of rotation of a rotor of 2000 turns in a minute and works further without giving on it of energy from the outside, as free of fuel the engine. The big efficiency of the device is defined by that switching of a direction of a current on each electromagnet occurs at the moment of coincidence of neutral zones of this electromagnet and appeared in its cut magnetic conductor a constant magnet. All parts of a magnetic stream in this device always work only on one direction of a twisting moment.
