The most modern fungicide preparations are water-insoluble ( clotrimazol, bifonazol, nizoral, miconazol and so). The effectiveness of the medicines effect depends not only on their structure, but also on the transportation rate towards affected cells. In this respect water ( the cheapest solvent from all possible ones) is the most natural medium for pharmacons; it does not provoke any harmful effects upon the organism, and facilitates penetration of the medicine into cel. The presence of lipophilic fragments in a structure of a medicine should also facilitate penetration of a compound into a lipid part of a cell.

The authors of the project have developed a new antifungal preparation based on Bifonazol-Bifenat, which differs from the latest by its water solubility ( up to 2% that meets required therapeutical doses of Bifenat). The preparation was tested on animals; and amateurs were using it successfully as a water soluble form of a known preparation Bifonazol. It has demonstrated a high effect at curing skin fungal diseases, including candidomycosis. The background to conduct such trials was that Bifenat is a well studied Bifonazol sulphate. Bifenat succeeded tests as a high effective preparation and was approved for its application in vet practice. But there is a need to confirmalevel of its activity and toxicity in clinics, and to study indices offire and explosion safety of the preparation.

The technology of Bifenat production is almost in all respects analogical to the technology of Bifonazol synthesism but it is one stage shorter. One can envisagetat a new preparationshallbe cheaper that Bifonazol.

The preparation can find wide apication that in medicine.Aqueous solutionsof Bifenat shal be expected in vet medicine,where their aplicaton is especially advantageous thanks to simplicity of water washouts of affected surfaces of animal skin.

Thus, from both medicinal and economical sides the development of the production and specifications for a Bifenat substance has all required backgrounds. The preparation and its technology have been patented in Ukraine.

The production of the preparation in Ukraine will give a possibility to refuse importation of analogues from western countries, to find and wider use the substance in different fields ( medicine, vet, apiculture, textile industry and so); and to export the preparation in many countries.
