Industrial iodine production in Ukraine will make it possible to solve such urgent problems as:

-     to eliminate iodine scarcity and to meet the requirement of different industries

-     to strengthen nation’s health and intellegence

-     to increase average life span, to decrease country’s dependence on import strategically important product and to enlarge production and export potential on its own resource base.

The air-desorbtion method of iodine extraction and scientific discovery №141 “The phenomenon of “fits and starts” increase of heat- and mass-exchange between gas and liquid phases at inversion stage mode have become the basis for the creation of high-intensive technology.

Inovative air-desorbtion technology of iodine extraction uses desorbtion and absorbtion with self-organizing inversion phase mode that is with maximum possible productivity and effectiveness of desorbtion and absorbtion processes.

Competitiveness of technology is provided by deep iodine extraction and significant decreas of overall dimensions, metal- and material-consumption of the equipment produced of expensive titanium which is basic construction materials of iodine installation.
