Radical improvement of efficiency of use of firm fuel can be reached only at use essentially new technologies. 

The plasma technology is most perspective among the alternative. It provides a substantial economy due to the decline of part of fuel in the costs of energy and improvement of ecological indexes Thermal power-station, which work on a hard fuel.

The main advantages of the given process is:

- increase of power efficiency of use of fuel in 3-4 times in comparison with traditional processes

- all-around automation possibility

- absence of emissions of ashes, oxides of sulphur, nitrogen and other harmful substances, what pollute environment

- possibility of reception of non-polluting fuel and raw materials for manufacture methanol

- possibility of application of the firm rest as filler for technical products, adsorbent for clearing of potable water, reception ferosilicium, carbosilicium and technical silicon.
