The increase in an output of a better product at identical quantity of an initial material by manufacture of spirit, gasoline, меthanole, acetylene, ammonia, nitrogen, toluene, solvente, waters, acids, formaldehydes and decrease in a level of waste, environmental contaminations by their manufacture provides the invention which concerns to instrument making and magnetic processing of substances and can be used in different branches of the chemical industry.

Offered method of magnetic-resonant transformation of substances provides direct interaction of a magnetic field with processable substance, formations of the resonant twisting and magnetic moments, increase in thermal efficiency, reduction of time of full chemical transformation, increase in energy which is allocated during chemical reaction, decrease and reduction of an output of minor products, emissions and waste, additives and components, reception of purer and qualitative products of processing or synthesis of manufacture.

At use of this technology in the chemical or food-processing industries it is provided on 12 - 38 % increase in an output of a ready better product at identical quantity of an initial material by manufacture of spirit, benzene, gasoline, меthanole, acetylene, ammonia, nitrogen, toluene, solvente, formaldehydes, and also decrease in a level of waste and environmental contamination in 1,5 - 2 times, and devices do not demand power supply, adjustment and service.

Use of technology on the basis of the above-stated converters in household or industrial systems of heating provides economy of gas up to 18 - 22 %, on cars - gasoline up to 12 - 38 % and decrease in toxic emissions in an atmosphere in 1,5 - 2 times. The engine of the new car of mark VAZ or GAS becomes, in that case, corresponding the standard of EURO - 2 on all parameters.

The overall performance of devices proves to be true test reports of the Institute Technical Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences Ukraine and Test Center AvtoZAZ-Daewoo, and also hundreds users which apply in house conditions, at the enterprises petrol, gas or spirit magnetic-resonant converters.

For a method of transformation, and also on devices for its use are received  patents. Specifications on Gosstandart of Ukraine, and also the conclusion of the main health officer are received. Devices are not a subject to obligatory certification and do not demand special sanctions to installation and operation, that considerably simplifies procedure of their introduction in technical process.
