The furnace for heating metal. 

The global energy crisis which has concerned not only Ukraine, forces to introduce energy-saving technologies in various branches of manufacture. Here again as it is impossible more by the way the development created for space programs, tests and uses space vehicles and the materials applied in rocket production find application.

One of such technologies by means of whom tested external coverings of lowered devices and facings of the spacecrafts "Energy" and "Shuttle",-monochromatic resonant heating of materials or instant power heating.

The most important advantage of this method that there is a full warming up of all weight of a body irrespective of thickness and structure (metal) with almost full absence of oxidation due to resonant interaction of thermal radiation and a material at a subnuclear level, passing molecular. In a material running waves and a body as though themselves are formed warms up from within. It is very important at hire of pipes, punching and blackmithing metal. Any of existing ways of heating (so-called indirect when external layers of preparation all over again get warm, and then the temperature from them is transferred deeper layers), not in a condition to provide declared advantage - qualitative and economic heating for shares of second.

 In addition to it nanotechnology heating provides significant reduction of time of full thermal processing, finishing of heated up object  to the certain temperature (fusion, мartensite points), reduction of a power consumption and fuel by heating unit of a product, an opportunity of regulation spatial distribution of a thermal stream (that allows to carry out heating only processable object, reducing to a minimum of loss energy on heating of surrounding surfaces and spaces), an opportunity of management with heating under the certain time schedule, the program demanded for achievement of optimum technological effect.

Heating devices were developed under concrete pipe-rolling manufacture of Open Society DTZ, and also drying aggregates. Differently - full refusal of consumption of gas and arc furnaces in rolling and mechanical shops of the metallurgical and machine-building enterprises.

 Economic benefit of replacement only one ring or “forty-sections” on pipe-rolling mill will allow to save furnaces annually from 1,5 up to 7,5 million dollars. Only one!

In power apply section resonant steam and gas generators which on 35 % reduce the cost price of the electric power. In a life - heaters of flowing water, on 25 % are the most effective than foreign analogues. In the food-processing industry in Minsk defreeze cheese briquettes, and in Moscow use by manufacture of a packing carbonaceous film. On transport heat up tanks with oil and tar, defreeze cars of ore, agglomerate, coal, sand and clay. On Nevyansk  mechanical factory use this technology for a peal of pipes of the big diameter made of cold-resistant metal both dismantled with gaz and oil pipelines in regions of the Far North. These pipes already well send on recasting where lose 70 % of a material, and on a place of sheet high-quality metal make various hire and products.
