    Paving breaker

     Invention touches a build industry, and concretely – mechanical picks.

     The nearest analogue is a pneumatic paving breaker which works due to expansion of the compressed air in the cylinder of working machine, that potential energy of the compressed air is used. Failing is that the compressed air needs to be taken from somewhere. The compressor stations which have large sizes and does not allow to improve mobile indexes are used for this purpose.      Purpose of invention – to simplify the system of paving breaker, increase reliability and resource of work, improve indexes of mobility and portability, decrease sizes, mass and expenses of labour on it`s production.

     The put purpose is achieved due to the construction of paving breaker which works on gas mixture, namely due to combustion of methane and oxygen in a working chamber which grows into potential energy.

     On figs.1 the construction of paving breaker is rotined. A mechanical pick includes for itself the electric system of ignition 1, candle of ignition 2, lids 3 with pens for holding of hammer, cylinder 4, which the longitudinal opening is in 5, through which to the piston 6 a breech-block 12 is connected, which provides the stable longitudinal moving of piston 6, in the corps of which an one-sided valve is placed 7, working spring 8, chisel 9, depreciation spring 10, one-sided valve 11, through which setting fire mixture is tricked into to the gas chamber 13 and to the working chamber 14, where directly there is combustion of mixture.

     A paving breaker works thus. By a breech-block 12 transfer a piston 6, overpowering a working spring 8, in extreme lower position. Releasing a breech-block 12 piston 6 under the action of working spring 8 begins to move upwards, the same creating dilution in a gas chamber 13. By a breech-block 12 again transfer a piston 6, overpowering a working spring 8, in extreme lower position, the same creating pressure in a gas chamber 13. An one-sided valve 7 works under this pressure , placed in a piston 6, through which setting fire mixture gets in to a working chamber 14. Piston 6 under the action of working spring 8 goes back into initial position, squeezing setting fire mixture in a working chamber 14. At the moment the electronic system of ignition, which gives on a spark-plug 2 high tension, takes place formation of spark, setting fire mixture takes fire. Gases, broadening, move a piston 6 downward, overpowering a working spring 8. The piston 6 beats on a chisel 9, and the amortisation spring 10 softens blow. During this moment the fulfilled gases are pulled out outside through a longitudinal aperture 5, and in the working chamber 14, through the unilateral valve 7, the new portion of a lighting mix, a working spring 8 gets moves the piston 6 upwards and the cycle again repeats. Jackhammer work is supervised, thanks to a spark plug 2 for which it is necessary only a bulb with the lighting mix, which worker will back. The jackhammer can be applied at works on asphalt repair, rescue operations, to sounding and crushing, and also for soil consolidation in the limited sites by rammer. In an operating time there is no necessity for the generator or the compressor. The small weight and dimensions provide ease at transportation and operation.
